Engagement terms

These terms apply to the published service selections above.

How do promotions work?

Select one promotion in Step 05 to apply it to the price. The discount is calculated on the adjusted service fee after context and complexity; add-ons and pass-through costs remain full price, and HST is calculated afterward. Promotions do not stack.

How are payments staged?

Sprint engagements use 50% at kickoff and 50% at delivery. Pilot and Enterprise engagements use 40% at kickoff, 40% at midpoint, and 20% at accepted handoff.

Is HST included?

No. Calculator subtotals are shown before tax, with 13% HST added where applicable.

How do reviews and revisions work?

Two consolidated review rounds are included for agreed deliverables. New requirements, delayed feedback, or scope changes are priced separately before work proceeds.

How is confidentiality handled?

Confidential work can be covered by an approved NDA, data-handling schedule, access controls, and a defined retention plan. Client data is limited to the agreed environment and authority boundaries.

What happens after selection?

Your request records the chosen service, tier, modifiers, modules, terms, and price. We’ll reply within two business days; work starts after scope confirmation and a signed statement of work.
